Handling:

En polis mördas och hans kollega, Tom Ludlow (Keanu Reeves) ger sig ut på en intensiv jakt för att finna mördarna. Han stöttas av sin mentor och chef Wander (Forest Whitaker) men när bevisen pekar mot Ludlow själv tvingas han ensam lösa mordet för att rentvå sitt namn.
